General method of making nameplates: "Engraving"
Materials are engraved using a drill (cutter) or laser, and paint is filled in. This is the basic method for producing nameplates. □ Mechanical Engraving Characters are engraved with a rotating drill (cutter). Since the drill (cutter) rotates to carve the characters, the ends of the characters and lines become rounded, limiting it to rounded Gothic type. You can choose between front engraving or back engraving (transparent spray-painted acrylic). This is the most cost-effective method, and it is generally used for producing nameplates. □ Laser Engraving Characters and shapes are engraved using a laser machine. Since engraving is done with laser irradiation without a cutter, you can choose your preferred font. We use this as an option for mechanical engraving (front engraving only).
